Slipstream Service Pack:

Run SP with extract command:

C:\office2007sp2.exe /extract:C\Office2007\Updates

Office Customization Tool:

Run setup.exe with /admin argument and customize settings:
C:\Office2007\Setup.exe /admin

Save OCT file as custom.msp in:
C:\Office2007\Updates
